How do I go about booking a session?

The best way to book a session or make an enquiry is by contacting Henry, the Studio Manager & Head Engineer by email:

studio@lanabananastudios.co.uk.

We will usually be able to respond within a few hours.

 

You can also call us on 03301 228965, but please bear in mind we may be mid-session, therefore emailing us your details & enquiry is our general recommendation.

Can I check out the studio before booking a session?

Absolutely. In fact we generally always recommend new clients book a time to pop in for a cup of tea and a chat through your requirements, prior to booking your actual session.

We can give you the tour, and answer any questions you may have.

Please note all studio visits are by appointment only. Please do not visit unannounced, as more often than not we will be mid-session with another client.

Do you offer day rates or discounts for long sessions?

In short, no. Our hourly flat-rate keeps things nice and easy to keep track of, but we also believe our rates already offer exceptional value for money for the services and quality we offer.

If you have any special booking requirements however, please don't hesitate to get in touch by email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We will usually invoice you with bank transfer payment required within 30 days, however we can also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or cash payments. Please note that card payments can only be made in person at the studio.

How long do you store session files for?

We never delete any sessions from our hard drives, and everything is backed up, so your recordings will always be here and available for you.

Can you supply voice actors?

We sure can. We have a vast pool of voice actor contacts we can call upon, male and female, young & old, across a wide range of styles,

Do you have parking?

We have one parking space right out front, and there is always plenty of free additional on-street parking available along Weald Road and adjoining roads, just a stones throw from the studio.

Do you have any job or work experience opportunities available?

Due to the nature of our varied and increasingly busy schedule, we are unfortunately no longer able to take on work experience students, and at present, there are no vacant job opportunities. We would however encourage you to follow us on social media, as any future opportunities that arise, will be posted there.
